EMÆL, a five-piece band from Los Angeles, comes to Amsterdam with melancholic cello timbres and heavy electronic grooves, looking for the perfect mix of acoustic and electronic. Think of Radiohead, Moderat, and Son Lux.

EMÆL makes avant-pop music with dreamy, Radiohead-esque vocals and classical cello timbres mixed with clubby trip-hop grooves. 'Moderat meets Son Lux performed by a live band' is what they say about them.

EMÆL will be joined for this concert by Viewfinder, an electronic act with roots in LA and Berlin, and the evening will be opened by the Dutch band NOSSIN.
