What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience. During a sound bath session, participants lie on a yoga mat on the floor while various instruments are played. The sounds help them relax and reduce stress, contributing to a healthier life.
Cosmic Sound
The sound bath is led by Iulian and Nicoleta from Cosmic Sound. During Museum Night 2023, they hosted popular soundbaths at NEMO Science Museum, allowing attendees to re-enter the night feeling rejuvenated.
