Young Thug or indie rock
After releasing four separate EPs in 2018, the Montreal singer-songwriter was invited on tour by Weyes Blood and Connan Mockasin and collaborated with rapper Jpegmafia, who nicknamed her the 'Young Thug of indie rock'. It was the prelude to her first long player 'Someone New'. Blogs such as 'Pitchfork' and 'The Line of Best Fit' agree: this is an extremely beautiful album.
