Holland Baroque: À Chloris

Julie Roset, winner of the 2022 Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition, has quickly established herself as one of the finest coloratura sopranos of her generation. The press previously wrote about an earlier collaboration between Holland Baroque and Julie Roset: 'Performed in one breath, dazzling and captivating from the first to the last note'.

Julie, Ana and Camille met during their singing studies at the Haute école de musique de Genève. All three passionate about early music, especially baroque, they created as the ensemble La Nereide several programs for equal voices in which they can mix their three soprano voices in different tessituras as soloists, duets or trios. After their first album dedicated to the madrigals of Luzzaschi, they are currently preparing a second album in which they will explore the most beautiful pieces of French baroque music, including the very famous Miserere by Clérambault. This album will be released by Alpha in fall 2025.

These three young singers place collaboration and the development of ambitious projects with other ensembles at the heart of their joint artistic direction. This is illustrated by the program �� Chloris with Holland Baroque. Julie, Camille and Ana are given the opportunity to explore all facets of their voice and to explore the themes they hold dear with some of the most talented musicians in today's music world.
