The band, from the sun-drenched Gold Coast, Australia, was formed in 2020. During a jam session by singer Kai James and guitarist Jayden Williams in James' mother's garage, James' aunt Liss spontaneously joined on the drums after walking her dog. Add Jayden's brother on bass guitar, and that's how Girl and Girl was born. Their special kinship through James' charisma, Liss' 37 years of drumming experience and emotional intensity makes for an exciting live show.
