Lucas & Arthur Jussen: Mendelssohn
1/3
Mendelssohn's Double Concerto in E Major, written when he was just fourteen, requires two pianists. Lucas and Arthur Jussen, the Netherlands' best-known piano duo for years, will play this rarely performed work. With musical director Gordan Nikolić, the orchestra will play two serenades by Dvořák and a world premiere by Mathilde Wantenaar.
