Naïka is a singer-songwriter from Miami, Florida. She grew up with different cultures, including French, Caribbean, African and South Pacific. These have influenced her musical and personal development. Her music combines Western pop, and R&B influences with elements that reflect her roots and upbringing. She writes her lyrics in several languages, including English, French and Haitian Creole.
TikTok sensation
Her 2021 hit single “Sauce” was featured in the global Apple iPhone campaign and quickly rose to fame after premiering at the 2021 Grammy Awards and during the NCAA March Madness season.
Recently, Naïka released the song and music video “My Body, My Choice” in response to the overturning of Roe v Wade. The teaser for the song on TikTok received almost 2 million views within days. This song follows her hit single 'H20', released in the summer of 2022.
