New Music Notes: Emine Bostanci
Three festivals that cherish new notes join forces to challenge young composers to write new work for a unique instrument. This year, November Music, Gaudeamus and the Grachtenfestival have selected the talented Emine Bostanci, together with her Kemenche from Istanbul and Cretan Lyra. The result, four brand-new compositions for Emine, will premiere today during the Grachtenfestival in the Sloot-Theaterbroedplaats.
