The Dutch-Dominican Smitty is pushing through the Dutch hip-hop scene with his unfiltered, authentic sound and sharp lyrics. With a fluent mix of Dutch and English, he gives a unique international dimension to his music. Smitty is not only a gifted rapper, he also produces more than 80 percent of his music himself. Smithode

In 2022 he released the EP Smithode . The long-awaited follow-up, Against the Pain , was released in December 2023. If you consider Smithode a whisper of Smitty's vulnerability, then Against the Pain is the brutal counterweight.

Together with DJ Leyroy, Aaron Hanenberg (guitarist) and Thomas Hanenberg (keyboardist), Smitty creates an immersive audience experience that stimulates the senses.
