The Ex
The Ex has been active since 1979. The band emerged from the punk scene, which was mainly influenced by bands like The Fall. In the meantime, the band has evolved into one of the most adventurous and innovative acts in the Netherlands and far beyond. Rock, jazz, noise, and music from all kinds of influences are the basic ingredients of The Ex.

Forward In All Directions
2024 marks the 45th anniversary of 'Forward In All Directions' and marks the year of the 2000th performance. About six months ago, the band decided to get back together and write music. On 25 September, the adventure will take them to Paradiso, where they have welcomed guests since the 1980s.
