Warmduscher
Put members of notable bands like Fat White Family, Insecure Men and Paranoid London together and the inevitable result is Warmduscher. Since its foundation in 2014, the idiosyncratic group has combined genres like noise, funk, garage punk and electronics into a bizarre and chaotic whole. Since then, they have also been building a live reputation that is becoming more impressive by the day.
Too Cold To Hold
On their fifth album Too Cold To Hold they show their most adventurous and ambitious sound. Instead of sticking to a tried and tested recipe, they have added elements of gqom, hip hop and jazz to their characteristic punk-funk and disco.
This 12-legged groove machine, consisting of Clams Baker Jr., Benjamin Romans Hopcraft, Adam J. Harmer, Marley Mackey, Quinn Whalley and Bleu Ottis Wright, continues to experiment and innovate. Their music, full of energy and playful absurdity, remains fresh and engaging, proving that Warmduscher is far from done innovating.
