Wim Mertens
Belgian composer Wim Mertens is an international performing artist who has given numerous concerts as a soloist and with his ensemble throughout Europe, North and Central America, Japan, Thailand and Russia. After performing the Inescapable Tour (1980-2020), celebrating his 40-year career, the acclaimed musician returns to Amsterdam to preview his new album 'Ranges of Robustness'.

His repertoire consists of new songs premiering in the Netherlands for the first time, but also a selection of his most emblematic songs such as 'Humility', 'Close Cover', 'Far', 'The Scene' and 'Struggle for Pleasure'. He will also perform more recent songs, such as 'Glossary Raisonné', 'On the Zephyrous Peak' and 'Sappho'.
