In Animal Farm, Noorman takes George Orwell's legendary parable as a free starting point to create another energetic, funny, moving and confronting theatrical concert as only he can. 'Supported by his band 'De Noormannen', the current zeitgeist is measured against the infamous statement "All animals are equal" in his Flips style.'

Childish character

Animal Farm is one of Noorman's favourite books. Not least because of the satirical, almost childish nature of both the tone and the characters. It is this light-hearted simplicity that seduces you to continue following the vile, dark analysis. As a songwriter, Flip sees the characters as the starting point for a colourful collection of songs in which a free translation is made to the here and now for each song.
