This weekend offers a unique opportunity to learn a simple and effective method that you can continue to apply at home.

The method helps you to:

• improve your concentration;

• find meaning and fulfillment;

• experience yourself as pure consciousness, beyond body and mind.

The program starts on Friday, June 20 at 19:00 with a Sacred Music concert and an introductory masterclass.

Program for Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22:

• 08:00 – Guided meditation session
• 11:00 – Yoga and a short meditation
• 15:00 (Saturday only) – Guided sharing circle
• 14:00 (Sunday only) – 15-minute personal coaching session and 15-minute Ayurvedic head and face massage (only for participants attending the full weekend)
• 16:30 – Masterclass and Q&A
• 20:00 (Saturday only) – Sacred Music concert – Vocal performance accompanied by Indian string instruments and percussion

During the breaks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be offered at minimal cost. You can also relax and connect with others in the lounge areas.
