ADE: Mark to the Music – a mindful art experience

A Multidisciplinary Experience

Designed for the Amsterdam Dance Event in 2022, this program integrates electronic music into a proven meditation practice that enhances mental health. Participants will explore their inner world using sound, mindfulness techniques, and drawing, making this a multidisciplinary art intervention. The session invites participants to meditate in a quiet space, staying in silence to connect deeply with the experience.

What do you need?

All necessary supplies are provided, including meditation cushions, paper, and crayons. Two-time slots are available, and drawing experience is not required—just bring yourself.
