Thanks to its members, Splendor can remain independent, which is the only way to maintain true freedom in programming, experimentation, taking risks and providing a springboard for young, emerging artists. Who can name another place where there is no central programmer, where last-minute concerts can be scheduled at any time, where there is no backstage and artists and audience are constantly walking together and hanging out at the bar, where mysterious fancies can be presented that are often described as too risky elsewhere, and who still guarantees high quality by letting the top of the Dutch music scene rage around in this creative playground, will receive a free membership!*
