Felix Klieser: Mozart and Richard Strauss Horn Concertos
Virtuoso horn player Felix Klieser plays Mozart's First Horn Concerto, a brisk, lively and uncomplicated-sounding piece. Strauss' Second Horn Concerto is of a different magnitude: it's monumental, epic and filled with nearly endless melodies. The chamber orchestra from Heilbronn will also play Haydn's last symphony, the 'London'. At the Royal Concerthall.
