Jazz @ H’ART Museum with Waterkant Amsterdam
On Sunday, 30 June, H'ART Museum deviates from the regular Jazz programming to pay attention to Keti Koti. This afternoon there will be a unique cultural and musical program in the courtyard of H'ART Museum in collaboration with Waterkant Amsterdam in which they commemorate the abolition of slavery worldwide.

Cultural and musical program
A varied program has been put together that pays attention to Suriname and the Netherlands Antilles but also extends beyond that. The entire Caribbean region, many African countries and parts of North and South America also had colonial slavery. Artists with different backgrounds and styles will take us into this history.
Prepare for great DJ sets from Inkedrebelle and Travis Allen and live performances from Jezzebel and the duos This is Lema & Kyara Shereen and Micheal Ekow & May. Contributions by spoken-word artist Safiya Juliana and artworks by Drown provide further depth. The evening is presented by MC Fatou Thiam.
