Musical and personal stories from Sudan to the Netherlands

At a time when Sudan is ravaged by enormous conflicts, there is a strong need within the Sudanese community in the Netherlands for connection, hope and celebration of the beauty and culture of Sudan.

The organization of “Musical Stories: Pop meets Sudan” has therefore put together an evening in which the exchange of the beauty of Sudanese music with great Amsterdam pop musicians is central. A special experience in which you can hear what happens when you bring these two worlds together. Through musical stories, connected by the theme of the evening ��� water – you hear what connects the Sudanese Nile and the Amsterdam canals.

And through personal stories you will hear from each artist individually what his or her relationship is with the theme of the evening. An evening for everyone who has a warm heart for Sudan, and who wants to celebrate the cultural beauty that always remains standing in the midst of fierce conflicts.

You can also donate to charities that will reach the right destinations directly through the Sudanese community in Amsterdam.
