Tell Me More
'Tell Me More' is a showcase evening dedicated to creating space for female artists to present their work. The idea came to Laura Nygren (Show Pony) when she realized that she, like many other female artists, often felt uncomfortable discussing her work and quickly tried to focus on others. This reduced her space in the conversation and her work. She realized that she often thought people wouldn't be interested in what she had to say until someone said to her, "Tell me more." This simple sentence creates a warm bath in the conversation where she feels good about putting herself more in the spotlight.

Tell me more!
In the first edition of Tell Me More 3 generations of experimental female electronic musicians will present their work. Anne La Berge, COW Shift Z, and Show Pony in collaboration with Tatiana Rosa and Nina Kay. The evening starts with a premiere of Show Pony's new audiovisual work I May Fall into the Sound, made in collaboration with Nina Kay and Tatiana Rosa. The songs, synthesizers, visuals and beats take you on a journey through an ageing body, using it as a lens for climate change. Anne La Berge presents a solo set of flutes, electronics and stories in spatial surround sound. Cow Shift Z closes the evening and will make you dance with her experimental, energetic beats. Throughout the evening you are encouraged to ask both the makers and the audience the question: Tell me more.
