About the concert
'The music is here and there, all around us. I don't write it, I don't invent it, I just put it on the score,' says Valentin Silvestrov. Osvaldo Golijov's ZZ's Dream contains imaginative textures that blur the lines between reality and dreams. Silvestrov's music flows like a stream of consciousness - delicate and atmospheric, reflecting the world around us in real time. Couperin's intellectual elegance is so refined that his lyrical beauty feels timeless. Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata embodies philosophical depth, revealing the composer's inner emotional landscape. Finally, Golijov's Levante , inspired by the winds of change, reminds us that music can be a universal language that transcends borders and connects us all.
