Sources of Inspiration
OSKA, or Maria Burger, taught herself to play the guitar, started writing songs, and got inspiration from Joan Baez, Regina Spektor, Jack Johnson, Kate Nash, Sara Bareilles, and Irish folk music. The singer-songwriter loves clear melodies, grooving rhythms, and poetic lyrics, which she likes to incorporate into her songs.
