Mike Bodd�� can do just about anything. He is a pianist, musician, former comedian, writer, composer, presenter... He studied jazz in America and Chinese in Leiden and then went to the conservatory. Until last September, he was the presenter and house pianist of Podium Klassiek, where he managed to surprise and move a large audience every week musically. He improvises on a jazz standard as easily as he plays a Rachmaninoff song. Tonight's other pianist is from Italy. Olivia Belli excels in the popular repertoire of our time, from Ludovico Einaudi to Philip Glass. And she writes beautiful, compelling work of her own. In her pieces for piano, she tells inspiring stories that speak directly to the listener.
