Unique sound

Since their inception, The Klittens have risen from the depths of Amsterdam's underground scene to take on acclaimed stages. They mix the catchiness of pop and fuzz with the dark edges of art-rock and post-punk to create their own unique sound. What started as a creative and political outlet for the group developed into a musical life mission for the members. Their all-round DIY approach, from songwriting to show booking and tour management, makes The Klittens the 'ragtag' group of misfits that they are.

Butter

In 2022, they released their first EP, 'Citrus', which received international acclaim, sealed their status as a band on the rise and opened the doors to shows with acts like Alex G, SASAMI and Otoboke Beaver. On 8 March, they will release their 2nd EP 'Butter', of which the first two singles, 'Universal Experience' and 'Atlas', received support from BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 6. During the EP release on 1 March, a limited edition of white 'Butter' 10″ vinyls are available.
