8 punk bands
The compilation album Uitholling Bovenlangs ('Hollowing Out from Above') presents 1 Belgian punk band and 7 Dutch ones, thus offering an incomplete overview of the flourishing punk scene in the Low Countries. An LP at 45 rpm because 33 is too slow for the racing brains of these punks. In collaboration with Plato Utrecht and Into The Great Wide Open, the album will be released on August 30.
On Wednesday, September 4, the 8 bands will perform their record in full force in the Main Hall of Paradiso. Uitholling Bovenlangs features The Covids, No Brains, Achterlicht, Clitteband, Eyesores, Maria Iscariot, Frontsector and Apeshit.
