Vaudou Game
Vaudou Game is the French-Togolese musical creation of Peter Solo. The band mixes the harmonious singing typical of ritual West African voodoo ceremonies with 70's afro-funk, blues and soul into an exhilarating and hypnotic whole.
Uplifting music with a Latin vibe
With the release of the debut album it was an instant hit; Vaudou Game scored a hit with the track Pas Contente and thanks to that they performed at festivals such as Into the Great Wide Open, North Sea Jazz Festival, Down the Rabbit Hole, Zwarte Cross. In recent times the band has found inspiration in Latin America, which the group has transformed into a new album. From behind his mask frontman Peter Solo sings with a wink about ecological, social and political subjects. While he is accompanied all too rhythmically by the rest of the band.
