In our rapidly changing world, Growth Perspectives invites reflection on the continuous expansion of human influence on our living environment. Two worlds, the visible city and the invisible world of data, meet in this exhibition in form and presentation.

The work of Dirk-Jan Davids places the urbanization of the built environment in a new perspective, while Bart Nelissen delves deep into the world of data and digitization. Two topics that are more topical than ever with the continuing housing shortage and the rapid rise of artificial intelligence.

The work of both artists is characterized by innovative and spatial compositions consisting of multiple layers of imagery that create new dimensions, thereby challenging the traditional boundaries of photography. 

With Growth Perspectives, Bart Nelissen and Dirk-jan Davids challenge the visitors to contemplate how we, as humans, relate to the current unprecedented growth in urbanization and digitalization of our world.
