His work has now received international recognition, attracting art lovers and culinary connoisseurs alike. It includes collaborations with renowned chefs and restaurants worldwide, such as Noma, and established names in Tokyo, Paris, and Switzerland.

On September 19th at 18:00, it is time for a fascinating talk session where Nobuhiko Tanaka will talk to Swiss chef Ralph Schelling, who will explore the art and techniques behind their work during the opening.
