During the festival, visitors are taken into the world of cocoa and chocolate. Taste, enjoy and discover new flavours of chocolate. Taste the enormous variety of good cocoa and better chocolate flavours at the more than 90 stands. This can also be combined with wine, coffee or special beer. In addition to stimulating the senses through tastings, experiences and workshops, there is information about the cocoa chain. You can learn everything about how chocolate is made from bean to bar. Chocolate makers come to Amsterdam from all over the world and bring their most beautiful products. The festival is the conclusion of the Amsterdam Cocoa Week.

Amsterdam Cocoa Week

Before the Chocolate Festival, many events and meetings for professionals from the cocoa world will take place from February 5 to 9. Participants from 42 countries are represented here. The conference focuses on further development of sustainability. The Chocoa events are an important part of exhibitors, speakers, chocolate makers and cocoa producers worldwide. Traditionally, the Chocoa Grand Dinner is organized for professionals on Thursday evening at the Hilton Amsterdam under the direction of executive chef and chocolate connoisseur Franz Conde.
