Amsterdam Klezmer Band ft. Han Bennink & Joris Roelofs
The Amsterdam Klezmer Band sets the tone worldwide for klezmer and Balkan music, often with an original twist. In the AKB-LAB series, in the Bimhuis, the band seeks inspiration from musicians from unexpected sources. This time, our guests are drummer Han Bennink and reed player Joris Roelofs, who form a proven improvisation duo. They subject the AKB to a thorough musical rearrangement.
