About the musicians
Asi Matathias, protégé of Pinchas Zukerman, is a violinist who made his debut as a soloist under Zubin Mehta at the age of just 14 and has since given solo performances at Carnegie Hall, the Berliner Philharmoniker and National Arts Center Canada. He shares the stage with Victor Stanislavsky, a pianist whose virtuosity has earned him more than 13 prizes at prestigious competitions worldwide. Matathias and Stanislavsky's program includes the powerful 1st sonata by Camille Saint-Saëns and the compelling sonata in A major by Cesar Franck. Don't miss this rare opportunity to see two international top talents shine in a program consisting of nothing but masterpieces.
