It's becoming a tradition: DATSKAT WEEKEND in March. They remove the chairs from the hall, transform it into a nightclub (with an epic view of the city) and present the best jazz, hip hop, afrobeat and neo-soul from home and abroad. With the Moses Yoofee Trio and TOS on Friday 21 March and Nubiyan Twist and PARRA.DICE on Saturday 22 March. You can go wild in their café all weekend with DJ Abiba & DJ Lucas Benjamin.

Find Your Flame
The British Nubiyan Twist is a 9-piece steam train, that has been working hard for almost ten years now. Now there is the 4th album Find Your Flame , on which the ensemble once again knows how to create a mix of soul, jazz, latin, dance and hip hop like no other. With a large dose of improvisation, a banging horn section and even a guest appearance by legend Nile Rodgers. And if that is not enough, the band has also been expanded live with vocalist Aziza Jaye. Standing still is impossible.

And that's a good thing, because the Dutch PARRA.DICE also has an infectious energy that is hard to beat. With the special composition of 3 wind instruments, violin and extensive rhythm section, they know how to create a groovy whole with narrative melodies and percussive rhythms.
