Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker
When Clara wakes up in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve, the toys start to dance and the Nutcracker under the Christmas tree turns into a real prince, who takes her on an adventure in which sweets come to life. Tchaikovsky's music is a series of classic hits, with the famous 'Dance of the Sugar Pie Fairy', the famous 'Pas de deux' and the cheerful, enchanting 'March of the Tin Soldiers'.
