UvA Orchestra J.Pzn Sweelinck
The orchestra, which consists of approximately seventy students, believes it is important to make a social contribution and is therefore giving this concert. What makes the concert extra special is that two orchestra members perform solos themselves; Jonas Niesten (oboe) will perform the first two movements of Mozart's Oboe Concerto in C major, and Jisse Kooij (horn) will play an arrangement for the horn of Glazunov's Elegy. The program is supplemented with Mozart's 35th Symphony and Mendelssohn's 4th Symphony. Do you want to contribute to this wonderful cause and enjoy a great program at the same time? Order your tickets now!
