A language that speaks to the soul

The Italian harpist and singer Fralalai impressed with the depth of her music during her previous yoga concert in the Jungle. With the twinkling strings of her harp, the rhythmic call of her drums and the angelic purity and emotional sensitivity of her voice, she weaves melodies of ethereal elegance and grounded warmth, steeped in Celtic moods and ancient chants. Fralalai awakens the sacred, the otherworldly, the mythical in our deepest essence. With her on board, the yoga concert takes a journey from earthly depths to heavenly heights, entwined with incantations in a universal language that speaks to the soul.

Yin yoga

The calm, meditative and at the same time intense postures of yin yoga provide the opportunity to sink deeper into consciousness, beyond the thinking patterns of the mind. On the yoga mat, physical sensations intertwine with the musical improvisations. Thoughts calm down, creating space to openly encounter the music and poetry.

Practical information

Book your ticket here . The doors open at 10:45 am, the yoga concert starts at 11 am and lasts an hour and a half. Bring a mat and possibly a water bottle and props. If you don't have a mat, you can borrow one. The instructions and poetry are bilingual.
