The children's concert at 15:30 is sold out, there is a waiting list for 13:30. A musical competition to choose the new bird of peace in Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ. For centuries, the dove has been the symbol of peace. But unfortunately, in many parts of the world, peace is still far away. Perhaps another bird would be more successful? Welcome to the first Bird Song Festival! A musical competition to choose the new bird of peace. Thirteen birds compete for the title, including Woodpecker, Lapwing, Duck, Pheasant, Parrot and Magpie. One bird will win. Who will it be?

Come listen and vote during this cheerful and surprising children's concert by Zvov. For each bird, Zvov composed an original musical miniature, played by viola and double bass. You will hear classical music, jazz, folk, gibberish and much more, and you will see colorful pop-up costumes and wing-breaking choreographies.
