David Numwami - Basement Sessions
David Numwami
The young Belgian versatile singer-songwriter and producer David Numwami has toured in recent years with, among others, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Nicolas Godin (AIR) and Frànçois and the Atlas Mountains. He also wrote for many international artists, made remixes for Ricky Hollywood and worked closely with Belgian local heroes such as Tém Tan and Tin Fingers. And he makes his own work: intimate and at the same time very distinct French and English pop songs in which he is always looking for surprise and experiment. They are deeply felt songs that immediately appeal to the listener's imagination through their lyrics and melody.
