Fagottet van Pynarello
From French baroque to steaming jigs in the Walloon church. Pynarello brings classical music just a little bit differently: more spontaneous, more adventurous and without a conductor or sheet music. This also applies to the four-piece Pynarello Fagottet, which was formed during one of the lockdowns in 2020 when playing together in larger formations was not possible for a while. Just like everything at Pynarello, the line-up of this quartet is also different: violin, viola, cello and bassoon.

In the meantime, the quartet with Merel Vercammen on violin, Judith Wijzenbeek on viola, Emma Kroon on cello and Marije van der Ende on bassoon, has been able to give concerts at many different locations, from community centre to livestream and from festival to concert hall. All pieces have been specially arranged for this unusual line-up. From the French baroque of Rameau to a steaming Jig by the Dutch Oene van Geel.
