Their collaboration connects works by traditional composers such as Dvořák, Brahms and Gershwin with composers of colour, ranging from the British Samuel Colerdidge-Taylor to Americans Florence Price, William Grant Still and Robert Nathaniel Dett. Despite their significant influence on their contemporaries, the reputation of these composers often remains modest in contemporary times.

They are currently making a justified comeback and offering the public new opportunities for discovery. The joint debut album of this duo, entitled Adoration, attracted a lot of media attention, including an extensive item in the television program Podium Klassiek.
